Class descriptions:

Hatha (and Beginner) Yoga: A gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won't work up a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

Ashtanga: Intended to be a daily practice this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Flow Yoga: Flow classes are known for their fluid, movement-intensive practices. Instructors choreograph their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose and often play music to keep things lively.

Restorative Yoga: In truth, restorative Yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.

Flow to Restorative Yoga: This class provides you with a practice that starts with energizing and uplifting flow yoga then moves into deep, introspective and quiet holds that set you on your way for the rest of your day.

Yin Yoga: Deeper stretches targeting connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and joints of the body that normally are not exercised as much in a more active style of asana practice.

Hatha to Yin: ​A gentle class focusing on slowing down the body and mind. In this class you will get a beautiful full body stretch and nurturing meditation.

Kids Yoga: A lively upbeat class focusing on the basics, animals, singing and games! Kids love practising their lions roar! Back in September! Still lots of spaces avaliable.

​Gentle Yoga with Ball Rolling​: A gentle yoga practice that incorporates massage balls to ease tension, create space and increase flexibility. It will enable and deepen your practice. It will teach and inform you about your own anatomy and help you let go of emotional blocks, trauma and stress. You will feel more centred, grounded and more at ease both physically and emotionally. This is a nurturing practice that is suitable for all levels.
